The National Testing Office (NTA) has delivered the assessment plan for the College Awards Commission – National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET) June 2024 test. The exam will be led on June 18, 2024 out of two movements. The shift 1 exam will be held from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm, while the shift 2 exam will be directed from 3 pm to 6 pm.
UGC-NET will be conducted for 83 subjects in OMR (Pen and Paper) mode. The total timetable of the exam can be checked on the official site of the NTA.
The notice in regards to suggestion of city of exam focus will be shown on NTA website(s) https://ugcnet.nta.ac.in and www.nta.ac.in, preceding 10 days of Exam.

The UGC-NET is a pivotal assessment that decides qualification for different scholarly pursuits, including the award of the Lesser Exploration Cooperation, arrangement as an associate teacher, and admission to PhD programs in Indian colleges and schools.
The test is being directed by the NTA in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode from December 2018 onwards. UGC-NET is directed two times consistently in June and December.
Awarding of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and additionally qualification for Partner Residency relies upon the total presentation of the up-and-comer in Paper-I and Paper-II of UGC-NET. The up-and-comers qualifying just for Collaborator Residency are not qualified to be considered for the award of JRF. Up-and-comers who qualify the qualification exam for Collaborator Residency are administered by the standards and guidelines of the concerned colleges/universities/State Legislatures, as the case might be for enrolment of Colleague Teacher.
