About Assam Down Town University (ADTU): Established in 2010, ADTU aims to provide North East students with a high-quality education at a reasonable cost. Assam down town University Admission
The selection of candidates for the Btech program is done on the basis of the JEE Mains score. Admission to all other courses is granted based on the merit scored in the qualifying examinations. For MBA admission, MAT scores are also accepted.
Admission to the Ph.D. program is based on the Entrance exam conducted by the university.

Assam down town University Scholarship
ADTU offers scholarships and financial assistance for deserving students, as well as a common scholarship test for eligible students. Up to 100% Scholarships are available for high-achieving students. The following scholarships have been made available to the candidates of the Assam down Town University:
- Admission Scholarship: This scholarship is offered to meritorious students based on the scores obtained by them in SEBA/CBSE/ISC etc. examinations. This scholarship is provided through a percentage discount on the semester fees.
- Result Scholarship: This scholarship is offered to the top scorers of the annual or semester examinations of the university. Under this scholarship, the semester fees of the student can be reduced to a maximum of 50%.
- Merit Scholarship: This scholarship is offered to those meritorious students who are from economically backward families. A special committee is set by the university to decide the percentage of deduction (up to 100%) to be imposed on the semester fees.
- Sports and Extra-Curricular Scholarship: The University has arranged scholarship programs for meritorious sportspersons as well.
Assam down town University Facilities
ADTU Guwahati facilities and infrastructure are state-of-the-art, including specialized labs such as a medical simulation lab and a GAIT lab.
