1. Its 80% diet & 20% exercise:
- Focus on everything you are putting inside your body.
- Have a heavy breakfast, always.
- Have 3 heavy meals and 2 light meals.
- Lunch & dinner should start with salad, followed by 1 bowl of pulse & curd, and then have your bread.
2. Write your goal: And see it in the morning everyday to remain focused.
- Run, there is no alternate to this: Run at least 4Kms both in morning & evening. I think running is the fastest way to reduce weight.
- Remain hydrated: Drink at least 10 glasses of water everyday.
- Be your own mentor: Never eat anything after 8PM, anything, just water & milk.
- Game of mind, not body: You have to control your senses, think before you pick up that high calorie, delicious looking food, and push your limits when you exercise.
- Don’t compromise with sleep.
