Symptoms: Inflammation of the large intestine is of two types.
- Mucous colon inflammation – constipation, discomfort in the abdomen, irregular bowel movements and passing of stools.
- Ulcerative colon inflammation – bloody diarrhea with stools and pus.
Causes: chronic constipation, acidic food, chili spices, alcohol and intoxication etc.
Treatment: 3 to 7 days on hot water and liquid diet. Carrot juice, cabbage juice, raw papaya juice is very useful. Avoid sour fruit juices after that, stay on raw food for a few days. Take wheatgrass juice. Do mud bandage enema daily. Do buttermilk enema. It is very useful. Take a cold bath. Take deep breaths. Water heated in a blue bottle is very beneficial.
