Eligibility Criteria:
(1) Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any field from a University, Institution, or Board that is recognized by the Government of India, UGC, or other relevant Government regulatory bodies.
(2) Applicants must have completed their graduation by 01-11-2024. Those who are awaiting the results of their degree examination or are still pursuing their degree are not eligible to apply.
Age Limit:
Maximum 26 years as on 1st November 2024.
The Candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-11-1998.
The age limit will be relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

Pay Scale (Monthly Remuneration):
The starting basic pay for Customer Service Associates is ₹ 24,050 per month, with a pay scale of ₹ 24,050-64,480. In addition, they are eligible for DA, HRA, and other allowances as per applicable rules. The current CTC is approximately ₹ 59,000 per month at Metro Centres.
