Monthly Emoluments:
Professor: ₹ 3,05,000/- per month.
Associate Professor: ₹ 2,55,000/- per month.
Assistant Professor: ₹ 1,95,000/- per month.
Minimum Teaching or Research Experience:
Professor: 13 years for General disciplines / Broad specialty, 10 years for Super specialty discipline.
Associate Professor: 07 years for General disciplines / Broad specialty, 04 years for Super specialty discipline.
Assistant Professor: 03 years for General disciplines / Broad specialty, Nil for Super specialty discipline.
Selection Process:
- The selection on the basis of Interview.
Eligibility Criteria / Qualifications:
- A Medical qualification included in the I or II schedule or Part II of the 3rd schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956.
- For General Discipline – MD / MS or equivalent in the respective discipline / subject.
- For Super Speciality Discipline – M.Ch for Surgical super specialties and D.M. for Medical Super specialities or equivalent.
Age Limit:
Professor: 60 years or up to the age of 66 years for Govt. retired persons.
Associate Professor: 60 years or up to the age of 66 years for Govt. retired persons.
Assistant Professor: 55 years or up to the age of 66 years for Govt. retired persons.
