- Professor: Doctoral Degree in relevant subject + 10 years’ experience.
- Associate Professor: Doctoral Degree in the concerned /relevant discipline + 08 years’ experience.
- Senior Scientist and Head: Ph.D. in relevant field of Agriculture / Horticulture / Animal Science + 08 years’ experience.

Professor: AL-14 ₹ 144200 – 218200/-
Associate Professor: AL-13A ₹ 131400 – 217100/-
Senior Scientist and Head: AL-13A ₹ 131400 – 217100/-
