Border Security Force (BSF) has published recruitment notification of Sports Quota Vacancies in 2024-25. The Border Security Force invites Online Application Form from Both Male and Female Sports Persons for requirement of Non Gazetted and Non Ministerial Group ‘C’ post of Constable (General Duty) for filling up 275 positions on Temporary Basis likely to be made permanent. Age Limit:
Minimum 18 years and Maximum 23 years as on 1st January 2025.
Eligibility Criteria:
(1) Matriculation (10th Class) Pass or its equivalent qualification from Government recognized board (As on 30/12/2024).
(2) Physical Standards: Height: Male 170 CMS & Female: 157 CMS, Chest Male Only: 80-85 CMS, Weight – As per Medical standards.

Monthly Salary (Pay Scale):
Level -3, ₹ 21,700 – 69,100/- and other allowances admissible to Central Government Employee from time to time under the rule.
Selection Process:
The BSF Sports Quota recruitment selection on the basis of following selection methods:
- Documents Verification (Checking of Testimonials / Documents)
- Measurement of Physical Standard (PST)
- Detailed Medical Examination (DME).
