Eastern Railway Sports Quota Age Limit:
Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years. The date of reckoning of age shall be 01.01.2025. No age relaxation (Upper or Lower) shall be permissible.

Eastern Railway Sports Quota Eligibility Criteria:
- Level 1:
Passed 10th or equivalent, or ITI or equivalent, or National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) by NCVT, from a Govt. recognized Board/Institution.
- Level 2 or 3:
Passed 12th (10+2) or equivalent from a Govt. recognized Board/Institution. OR, passed Matriculation plus Course Completed Act Apprenticeship. OR, passed 10th from a recognized Board plus ITI or equivalent or National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) by NCVT.
- Level 4 or 5:
Graduation or equivalent from a Govt. recognized University/Institution.
Eastern Railway Sports Quota Salary:
Category-1: PB-1(₹ 5200-20200) with GP ₹ 2400 or 2800 (Level-4 OR Level-5 of Pay Matrix as per 7thCPC)
Category-2: PB-1(₹ 5200-20200) with GP ₹ 1900 or 2000 (Level-2 OR Level-3 of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC)
Category-3: PB-1(₹ 5200-20200) with GP ₹ 1800 (Level-1 of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC)

Eastern Railway Sports Quota – Minimum Sports Norms:
Category (1): Represented the country in Olympic Games (Senior Category) or secured at least 3rd position in World Cup (Junior/Senior Category) or World Championships (Junior/Senior Category) or Asian Games (Senior Category) or Commonwealth Games (Senior Category).
Category (2): Represented the country in World Cup (Junior/Senior Category) or World Championships (Junior/Senior Category) or Asian Games (Senior Category) or Commonwealth Games (Senior Category) OR at least 3rd position in Commonwealth Championships (Junior/Senior Category) or Asian Championships/Asia Cup (Junior/Senior Category) or South Asian Federation (SAF) Games (Senior Category) or USIC (World Railway) Championships (Senior Category) OR at least 3rd position in Senior/Youth/Junior National Championships OR at least 3rd position in National Games organized under the aegis of Indian Olympic Association OR at least 3rd position in All India Inter-University Championships organized under the aegis of Association of Indian Universities OR 1st position in Federation Cup Championships (Senior Category).
Eastern Railway Sports Quota Examination Fee:
- ₹ 500/- + Service Charges only for General and OBC Category Candidates.
- ₹ 250/- + Service Charges only for SC, ST, Women, Minorities and Economically Backward Classes Candidates.
- The fee should be made through online payment gateway.
How to Apply Eastern Railway Sports Quota Recruitment 2024:
Eligible Candidates are required to fill online application form through RRCER Recruitment portal (rrcrecruit.co.in).
Fill Basic information viz. Sports Details, Name, Father’s name, Date of Birth, Community, e-mail address and Mobile number etc.
The candidates are required to upload required documents such as Photograph, Signature, LTI and relevant documents
on submission of required details an e-mail/ SMS will be received in the registered e-mail ID/ Mobile number. Open inbox of your registered e-mail/ SMS and note the registration number and password.
The last date for registration of online applications is 14/12/2024 up to 18:00 Hours.
