IIT Kanpur Recruitment Salary:
Senior REO: Level 12 ₹ 178,800 – 2,09,200/- per month
REO Grade I: Level 11 ₹ 67,700 – 2,08,700/- per month
REO Grade II: Level 10 ₹ 56,100 – 1,77,500/- per month

- Senior REO: 48 years
- REO Grade I: 45 years
- REO Grade II: 40 years
IIT Kanpur Recruitment Selection Process:
- Written Test
- Skill Test

IIT Kanpur Eligibility Criteria:
- REO: B.Tech. Or B.Sc. or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with 05 years’ experience in the field of wind tunnel testing OR M.Tech. Or M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering with 03 years’ experience in the field of wind tunnel testing OR Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Senior REO: B.Tech. Or B.S. + 10 years’ experience OR M.Tech. or M.Sc. + 8 years’ experience OR Ph.D. in Chemistry + 5 years’ experience.
IIT Kanpur Recruitment Application Fee:
- ₹ 1000/- for General / OBC category candidates.
- No fee for SC/ ST/ PWD/ Women/ Abroad candidates.
