IIFCL Assistant Manager Pay Scale: ₹
The starting basic pay is ₹ 44,500/- per month in the pay scale of ₹ 44,500 – 2,500 (4) – 54,500 – 2,850 (7) – 74,450 – EB – 2,850 (4) – 85,850 – 3,300 (1) – 89,150 (over 17 years), applicable to Officers in Grade A.
IIFCL Assistant Manager Age Limit:
- Minimum 21 years and Maximum 30 years as on 30th November 2024.
- Age Relaxation – 05 years for SC / ST, 03 years for OBC NCL and Plus 10 years for PWD.
IIFCL Assistant Manager Eligibility Criteria:
Project Financing, Stressed Asset Management:
- Qualification: Post-Graduate in Management (Finance/Banking), CA, CMA/ICWA.
- Experience: 1+ year in project financing, corporate credit, stressed asset management.
Accounts
- Qualification: CA, CMA/ICWA
- Experience: 1+ year in accounting and taxation.
Legal
- Qualification: LLB (Desirable: LLM).
- Experience: 1+ year in legal roles in banks/financial institutions/law firms.
Resource and Treasury
- Qualification: Post-Graduate in Finance/Forex/Banking, CA, CMA/ICWA.
- Experience: 1+ year in treasury, investment desk, asset liability management.
Information Technology
- Qualification: Engineering in IT/Computer Science, Post-Graduate in Computer Science/IT.
- Experience: 1+ year in IT applications, cyber security, CBS/SAP.
Secretarial Functions
- Qualification: Company Secretary (CS).
- Experience: 1+ year in company secretarial compliance, corporate governance.
Environment and Social Safeguard
- Qualification: Post-Graduate in Environmental Management, Engineering, Social Work
