Eligibility Criteria:
General Manager (Project Management): B.E/ B. Tech in Electrical/ Civil/ Mechanical discipline with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA. Minimum 22 years post qualification experience.
General Manager (Contracts & Procurement): Engineering Graduate preferably in Electrical/ Solar/ Power Engineering/ Power Systems Engineering/ Energy Engineering/ Renewable Energy Engineering with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA. Minimum 22 years post qualification experience.
Additional General Manager (Human Resource & Administration): Degree in any Discipline with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA. 02 years Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration / Business Management with a Specialization in Personnel Management / HRM / HR & Administration (OR) Post Graduate Degree / Diploma of minimum two years duration in Personnel Management / HRM / HR & Administration. Minimum 16 years post qualification experience.
Monthly Salary (Pay Scale):
General Manager: ₹ 120000 – 280000/-
Additional General Manager: ₹ 100000 – 260000/-
Age Limit:
General Manager: 55 years
Additional General Manager: 48 years
Application Fee:
₹ 1000/- for all positions to be paid through online mode.
SC/ST and PwBD candidates are exempted from payment of fees.
Selection Process:
The selection on the basis of Screening test/ written test/ trade test/ skill test, etc.
