Educational Qualifications:
Non-Medical Candidates:
- Physiology: M.Sc. (only in Medical Physiology)
- Anatomy: M.Sc. (only in Medical Anatomy)
- Master’s degree in concerned specialty.
- Biochemistry: M.Sc. (only in Medical Biochemistry)
- Microbiology: M.Sc. (only in Medical Microbiology)
- Pharmacology: M.Sc. (only in Medical Pharmacology)
Experience: Minimum Teaching / Research Experience – 12 years for Professor, 08 years for Additional Professor, 04 years for Associate Professor and 01 year for Assistant Professor posts.
Medical Candidates:
- A postgraduate qualification e.g.MD/ MS or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the respective discipline/ subject.
- A medical qualification included in the I or II schedule or part II of the third schedule to the Indian medical council Act of 1956.
