SCR Sports Quota Eligibility Criteria:
- For the post having Grade Pay ₹ 1800: Matriculation (10th pass) or ITI or equivalent or National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT.
- For the posts having Grade Pay ₹ 1900 / 2000: 12th (+2 stage) or its equivalent examination.
SCR Railway Sports Quota Vacancy 2025 (Games):
Athletics, Basketball, Cycling, Kabaddi, Cricket, Gymnastics, Volleyball, Boxing, Hockey, Weightlifting, Football, Kho-Kho, Archery, Gymnastics, Shuttle Badminton.
SCR Sports Quota Age Limit:
- Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years.
- The date of reckoning of age shall be 01.01.2025.
- i.e. Must have been born not earlier than 02.01.2000 and not later than 01.01.2007.
SCR Sports Quota – Minimum Sports Norms:
- For Category (1): Represented the country in Olympic Games (Senior Category) or secured at least 3rd position in World Cup (Junior/Senior Category) or World Championships (Junior/Senior Category) or Asian Games (Senior Category) or Commonwealth Games (Senior Category).
- For Category (2): Represented the country in World Cup (Junior/Senior Category) or World Championships (Junior/Senior Category) or Asian Games (Senior Category) or Commonwealth Games (Senior Category) OR at least 3rd position in Commonwealth Championships (Junior/Senior Category) or Asian Championships/Asia Cup (Junior/Senior Category) or South Asian Federation (SAF) Games (Senior Category) or USIC (World Railway) Championships (Senior Category) OR at least 3rd position in Senior/Youth/Junior National Championships OR at least 3rd position in National Games organized under the aegis of Indian Olympic Association OR at least 3rd position in All India Inter-University Championships organized under the aegis of Association of Indian Universities OR 1st position in Federation Cup Championships (Senior Category).
SCR Sports Quota Examination Fee:
- The fee should be made through online payment gateway.
- ₹ 500/- + Service Charges only for General and OBC Category Candidates.
- ₹ 250/- + Service Charges only for SC, ST, Women, Minorities and Economically Backward Classes Candidates.

How to Apply SCR Sports Quota Recruitment 2025:
- Eligible Candidates are required to fill online application form through RRCER Recruitment portal (iroams.com/rrc_scr_sports2025) from 4th January 2025.
- The candidates are required to upload required documents such as Photograph, Signature, LTI and relevant documents
- On submission of required details an e-mail/ SMS will be received in the registered e-mail ID/ Mobile number. Open inbox of your registered e-mail/ SMS and note the registration number and password.
- Fill Basic information viz. Sports Details, Name, Father’s name, Date of Birth, Community, e-mail address and Mobile number etc.
- The last date for registration of online applications is 03/02/205 up to 23:59 Hours.
