Eligibility Criteria:
- Manager (Safe Keeping of Document Services): MBA Operational Management/ General Management/ Marketing or Equivalent Qualification.
- Manager: MBA Finance or CA/CA Intern.
- Executive Operations: Any Graduate.
- Sub Staff: Minimum 8th Standard Pass (Matric & Fresher may apply).
- Business Development Executive: Degree in any discipline. Preferable – MBA Marketing/Finance, CS, Law degree.
- Executive Operations: Maximum 35 years
- Sr. Business Development Executive: Any Degree. Preferable – MBA Marketing/ Finance, CS, Law degree.

Selection Process:
The CFSL Contractual posts 2025 selection of candidates will be based on the following steps:-

Age Limit:
- Sub Staff: Maximum 35 Years
- Executive Operations: Maximum 35 Years
- Manager: Maximum 45 Years for Sr. Business Developed Executive
- Maximum 35 Years for all others
Remuneration:
- Sub Staff: Rs.16 lac to Rs.2.40 lac per annum
- Business Development Executive: ₹ 6.00 per annum
- Executive Operations:₹ 3 lac to ₹ 3.6 lac per annum
- Manager: ₹ 4.20 lac to ₹ 4.80 lac per annum
- Sr. Business Development Executive: ₹ 10 lakh per annum
