North Central Railway (NCR), Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), Prayagraj has published employment notification for recruitment against Sports Quota 2024-2025. Online applications are invited from talented and outstanding sports persons (Men and Women) having minimum sports norms and educational qualification in various sports fields for recruitment on Group ‘C’ posts against the Sports Quota 2024-25 on North Central Railway. The closing date for registration of online applications is 7th February 2025.

North Central Railway Sports Quota Eligibility Criteria:

• For technical posts, candidates must have completed Act Apprenticeship/ITI, with certification approved by SCVT/NCVT.
• For GP 2400/2800 (7th CPC Levels 04/05): Minimum degree or equivalent from a recognized university/institution.
• For GP 1800 (7th CPC Level 01): Minimum 10th Pass/ ITI or equivalent.
• For GP 2400/2800 (7th CPC Levels 04/05): Minimum degree or equivalent from a recognized university/institution.
• For technical posts, candidates must have completed Act Apprenticeship/ITI, with certification approved by SCVT/NCVT.
• For GP 1900/2000 (7th CPC Levels 02/03): Minimum Intermediate or equivalent from a recognized board.

North Central Railway Sports Quota Age Limit:

• No age relaxation (upper or lower) shall be permissible.
• 18 – 25 years as on 01/01/2025.

North Central Railway Sports Quota Examination Fee:

• The Examination fee is to be paid through Online Mode Only.
• ₹ 250/- for SC/ST, Women, Minorities and Economically Backward Classes Only, ₹ 500/- for all other candidates.

North Central Railway Sports Quota Selection Process:

• The recruitment will be based on trials and assessment of sports achievements etc.

North Central Railway Sports Quota Salary:

• Level – 02/ 03: PB-I ₹ 5200- 20200 + Grade Pay ₹ 1900/2000 Revised Pay Scale after 7th CPC.
• Level – 04/ 05: PB-I ₹ 5200- 20200 + Grade Pay ₹ 2400/2800 (Revised Pay Scale after 7th CPC
• Level – 01: PB-I ₹  5200- 20200 + Grade Pay ₹ 1800/- Revised Pay Scale after 7th CPC

• Date and Time of Opening of Online Registration: 8th January 2025
  Date and Time of Closing of Online Registration: 7th February 2025 up to 23:59 Hours

How to Apply North Central Railway Sports Quota Recruitment 2025:

• Eligible candidates should apply online through RRC Prayaraj Portal (rrcpryj.org) from 8th January 2025.
• The candidates are required to upload scanned copy of Signature, Color Photograph and other required documents.
• The Candidates should ensure that their Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth should exactly match as recorded in Matriculation or equivalent certificate. The Candidates are advised to indicate their active mobile number and valid e-mail ID.
