How to apply for transcript certificate from Guru Govind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) and send it directly to WES or abroad?

To apply for transcript from Guru Govind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), you have to visit the university’s campus located in Dwarka, New Delhi. The university has not started any online service yet. If you walk a little inside the main gate of the university, you will find the examination block. Behind it, there is a student services window, where you can apply for transcript, duplicate degree or mark sheets. For the transcript, you have to take the mark sheets of all your semesters and copies of the degree and an application written in the name of the examination controller. If the transcript has to go to any evaluation body, then you can also attach their academic request form. After getting the form and documents checked from the window, you are told the fee. After this, you can pay the fee by challan in the branch of Indian Bank located in the campus. The transcript fee is Rs 2000 for one to five year pass outs and Rs 4000 for those older than this. If you want to apply for transcript on the spot, then you will have to pay an additional Rs 5000. After filling the challan form, after depositing cash and challan at the cash counter, the challan receipt has to be attached with the transcript application and submitted at the window in the examination block. You will be told the time of collection there. Generally it takes 30 days and in case of Tatkal it takes 7-10 days. Scan or take a photo of the challan and the application from your phone. When you come to collect the transcript, take a printout of the challan. When this challan is shown on the window, you will be given the room number. Then you have to go to the first floor inside the examination block. After collecting the transcript from there, if you want to send it directly from the university, then the Indian Post Office is located just below the bank inside the campus. You can get it speed post from there. If you are not able to do all this then you can visit onlinetranscripts.org, we will help you completely. You can also call 011-42137109 .
