Eligibility Criteria:
Junior Secretariat Assistant:
- Proficiency in Computer Typing Speed of 35 w.p.m in English or 30 w.p.m in Hindi.
- Minimum 10+2 / Matric + 12th Class Pass or its equivalent.
Junior Stenographer:
- Proficiency in Stenography as per prescribed norms fixed by DOPT from time to time (Dictation at the speed of 80 w.p.m. for 10 minutes in English / Hindi).
- Minimum 10+2 / Matric + 12th Class Pass or its equivalent.
Application Fee:
- The fee should be pay through State Bank Collect.
- Rs.500/- for General / OBC / EWS Category Candidates.
- No fee for SC / ST / PwBD / ESM / Women Category Candidates.
Age Limit:
- The Upper Age relaxation – 05 years for SC / ST, 03 years for OBC & plus 10 years for PwBD.
- Junior Secretariat Assistant: Maximum 28 years as on 08/02/2025 (i.e. candidates born not before 09-02-1997 and not later than
08-02-2007).
Monthly Salary:
- Junior Secretariat Assistant: Pay Level-2, ₹ 19900 – 63200/- (Approx. ₹ 35,804/- per month).
Selection Process:
- For Junior Secretariat Assistant: Written Test and Typing Test.
