CPCL Executive Eligibility Criteria:
Electrical:
- Marks: ≥ 60% aggregate; ≥ 55% for SC/ST/PwBD.
- Education: First Class Graduate Degree in Engineering/Technology in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics.
Mechanical:
- Marks: ≥ 60% aggregate; ≥ 55% for SC/ST/PwBD.
- Education: First Class Graduate Degree in Engineering/Technology in Mechanical.
Chemical:
- Marks: ≥ 60% aggregate; ≥ 55% for SC/ST/PwBD.
- Education: First Class Graduate Degree in Engineering/ Technology in Chemical/ Petroleum/ Petrochemicals.
Human Resources:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years post qualification in HR related fields in Government/ Public Sector/ Large Industrial Establishment.
- Education: Post Graduate Diploma/Degree in HRM/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/ Labour Welfare/ MSW/ MBA with specialization in HR, ≥ 60% aggregate; ≥ 55% for SC.
Official Language:
- Experience: 2 years in terminological or translation work, preferably in technical/ scientific literature.
- Desirable: Diploma in Translation or 3 months Translation Training by Central Translation Bureau.
- Essential: Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at degree level, ≥ 60% aggregate.
