Naini Aerospace Limited (NAeL) is seeking applications from skilled and experienced professionals for the positions of Project Engineer, Junior Human Resource Officer, and Junior Finance Officer. These roles are on a contractual, Fixed Term Appointment (FTA) basis, initially for a duration of four years, at the company’s facility in the UPSIDA Industrial Area, Naini, Prayagraj, and Uttar Pradesh. Age Limit:
Project Engineer (Production) GR-II: 37 years
Project Engineer (Production) GR-I: 35 years

Monthly Remuneration:
Selected candidates will receive an annual consolidated compensation of approximately ₹ 5.35 lakh to ₹ 6.70 lakh, including employer PF contributions, based on the position and grade.
Eligibility Criteria:
Project Engineer (Production) GR-I: Degree in Engineering/ Technology (Mechanical/ Production/ Electrical/ Electronics) or equivalent with 60% aggregate marks in Qualifying examination + 03 years’ experience.
Project Engineer (Production) GR-II: Degree in Engineering/ Technology (Mechanical / Production/ Electrical/ Electronics) or equivalent with 60% aggregate marks in qualifying examination + 06 years’ experience.
Junior Finance Officer: Cost & Works Accounts (CWA)/ Cost Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Cost Accountant of India (OR) Chartered Accountant (CA) (OR) MBA.
Junior Human Resource Officer: Bachelor’s Degree with PG Degree / PG Diploma /MBA /MSW/ MA with specialization in Human Resources/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations / Human Resource Development / etc., from Institutes / Universities recognized by appropriate statutory authorities + 03 years’ experience.
