Its fat contains an element called lecithin which reduces cholesterol. Therefore, it is very good for heart patients. Soybean is nutritious and strengthens the body. Consuming soybean strengthens the lungs. Its consumption removes weakness of the brain. Consuming soybean makes the skin smooth and soft and also brings shine to it and nails show redness. It is especially beneficial in anemia. It calms the nerves and removes irritability. It contains such elements which can repair the brain. It is especially beneficial for pregnant or lactating women.

Method of consumption
