Eligibility Criteria:
- Grade A (Assistant Manager) – Risk Management: Full time Post Graduate Degree in Finance / Commerce / Economics / Statistics /Econometrics / Mathematics / Mathematical Statistics / CA/ CFA/ FRM (or equivalent)/ CMA/ MBA /PGDBA/ PGPM / PGDM + 02 years post qualification experience.
- Grade A (Assistant Manager) – General: Full time Graduation/ Post-Graduation in any discipline / CA/ CFA/ CS/ FRM (or equivalent)/ CMA/ MBA / PGDBA / PGPM / PGDM + 02 years post qualification experience.
- Grade B (Manager) – Risk Management: Full time Post Graduate Degree in Finance / Commerce / Economics / Statistics /Econometrics / Mathematics / Mathematical Statistics / CA/ CFA/ FRM (or equivalent)/ CMA/ MBA / PGDBA /PGPM / PGDM + 04 years post qualification experience.
- Grade B (Manager) – General: Full time Post-Graduation in any discipline / CA/ CFA/ CS/ FRM (or equivalent)/ CMA/ MBA / PGDBA /PGPM/ PGDM + 04 years post qualification experience.
- Grade B (Manager) – Human Resource: Full time MBA /Master’s degree/ Post Graduate degree/ Diploma (at least for 02 years full time) in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations or Human Resource Management and equivalent + 04 years post qualification experience.
Age Limit:
- Age Relaxation as per Government Rules.
- Grade A (Assistant Manager): 25 to 30 years
- Grade B (Manager): 21 to 30 years
Selection Process:
The selection process will consist of three stages:
- Phase I (an online exam with one paper worth 120 marks).
- Phase II (an online exam with two papers, each worth 100 marks).
- Phase III (an interview).
Monthly Salary (Pay Scale):
- Grade A (Assistant Manager): Rs.44500 – 2500 (4) – 54500 – 2850 (7) -74450 – EB – 2850 (4) – 85850 – 3300(1)-89150 (17 years)
- Grade B (Manager): Rs.55200 – 2850 (9) – 80850 – EB – 2850(2) – 86550 – 3300 (4) – 99750 (16 years)
