HCL Workmen Recruitment Notification 2025 Out. The Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL), Khetri Copper Complex, Jhunjhunu (Rajasthan) invites online applications from eligible candidates for Workmen recruitment posts of Electrician, Chargeman and WED ‘B’ positions. The Online Registration process start from 27th January to 25th February 2025.

Eligibility Criteria:
- WED ‘B’: Diploma with 1 year experience in the relevant field (OR) Graduate (BA/B.Sc./B.Com/BBA) with 1 years of experience in the relevant field (OR) Apprenticeship with 3 Years of Experience in the relevant field (OR) 10th Pass + 06 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Chargeman (Electrical): Diploma in Electrical Engineering + 01 – 03 years’ experience.
- Electrician ‘B’: ITI (Electrical) + 03 years’ experience as Electrician (OR) Matriculation (10th Pass) + 06 years’ experience as Electrician.
- Electrician ‘A’: ITI (Electrical) + 04 years’ experience as Electrician.
Selection Process:
The Hindustan Copper Limited Workmen posts selection on the basis of following methods:-
- Writing Ability Test
- Trade Test
- Written Test (100 Marks)
Age Limit:
- Age Relaxation – 05 years for SC / ST. 03 years for OBC (NCL), 05 years for Sports Person & As per Govt of India rules for Ex-Servicemen.
- Maximum 40 years as on 1st January 2025.

Pay Scale:

- Chargeman (Electrical): T – 10, ₹ 28740 – 3% – 72110/-
Application Fee:
- The Application processing fee plus applicable Bank charges shall be paid by the applicant using the Payment Gateway / NEFT On-line Transfer.
- Rs.500/- for General, OBC and EWS category candidates.
- No fee for all other category candidates.
