First Write an application to Controller of examination Click here to download a Sample . Print your all Marksheets , Diploma Certificate , ID Proof copy , attached with the application then visit your collage for forward the transcript application to Controller of Examination SCERT . After that visit to SCERT office 1st floor examination section Defense colony New Delhi verify your documents and pay fee through UPI or NetBanking Rs.1000/- for main set 100/- for extra set . They will take 15-20 days. Before visit call to the section then come for collection of transcript .
