MDU start to send Digital copy of transcript to WES and if you want to send to any other University give him Email Id MDU send ETranscript directly. But MDU not given any proof to you and not give you hard copy of transcript. So first of all confirm with your evaluation body or University if they accept hard copy collect personally write address on envelop university seal with the MDU stamp then visit to university post office and send via speed post. If your copy not received by Email to concern body or university MDU not send again and charge full fee of transcript again.
