Exim Bank Management Trainee Recruitment Announcement 2025 – Advertisement No: HRM/MT/DM/CM/2025-26/01: The Export-Import Bank of India (Exim Bank) is seeking online applications from qualified Indian citizens for the direct recruitment of Management Trainee (MT), Deputy Manager, and Chief Manager Positions. The online registration will be open from March 22 to April 15, 2025.

Educational Qualifications:

Management Trainee – Digital TechnologyB.E. / B.Tech degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics and Communication (OR) Degree with MCA. Minimum 60% marks for all Graduation.
Management Trainee – RajbhashaMaster’s Degree in Hindi with English as a compulsory subject or elective subject or vice versa. Minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade in Graduation.
Management Trainee – Research and AnalysisPostgraduate in Economics with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade in both Graduation and Post-Graduation.
Management Trainee – LegalGraduate Degree in Law / LLB. For integrated LLB course. Minimum 60% marks in both Graduation and LLB.
Chief Manager (Compliance Officer) (Grade / Scale Middle Management III)Associate Membership (ACS) of the ICSI & Regular Graduation. Minimum 60% Marks. Minimum 10 years’ experience.
Deputy Manager (Deputy Compliance Officer) (Grade / Scale Junior Management I)Associate Membership (ACS) of the ICSI & Regular Graduation. Minimum 60% marks. Minimum 01 year post qualification experience.
Deputy Manager – Legal (Grade / Scale Junior Management I)Graduate Degree in Law/ LLB with minimum 60% marks. Minimum 01 year post qualification experience.

Age Limit:

  • Chief Manager: 40 years for UR / EWS.
  • Deputy Manager: 33 years for OBC NCL, 30 years for UR / EWS.
  • Management Trainee (MT): 28 years for UR / EWS, 31 years for OBC NCL, 33 years for SC / ST.

Selection Process:

The selection of the candidates shall be made on the basis of following steps:-

  • Personal Interview
  • Written Examination (Professional Knowledge- Subjective)

Pay Scale:

  • Management Trainee: Rs.65,000/- per month (Stipend)

Application Fee:

  • The fee can be made through online payment mode.
  • Rs.600/- for OBC/ General Candidates.
  • Rs.100/- for ST/ SC/ EWS / PwBD and Female candidates.
