Balance of alkaline and acidic food

All diseases start with the imbalance of alkali and acid in the body and end with its balance. The human body contains 80% alkali and 20% acid. Maintaining this ratio is the basis of basic health. All our physical, mental, physical and sexual abilities depend on this. Therefore, our food should be 80% alkaline and 20% acidic.

Alkaline food:-

All types of fruits (except plum and plum), lemon, orange, leafy vegetables, green vegetables and other vegetables, coconut, warm milk, sprouted grains, dates, figs, soaked dry fruits, etc.

Acid food:-

Meat, egg, cheese, butter, cooked food, chapati and sugary food, coffee, tea, chocolate, fruits in syrup, boiled milk, refined flour, salt, tobacco, soda water, vegetable ghee, intoxicating drinks, fried food, bakery products, etc.

Note: – There is no problem of alkali-acid for those who consume uncooked food. This problem is only for those who eat cooked food.
