ICAR CIFA Recruitment Announcement for Multiple Positions 2025: The ICAR-Central Institute of Freshwater Aquaculture (ICAR-CIFA) located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, is seeking applications from qualified Indian citizens for the roles of Communication Specialist, Aquaculture Specialist, Administration & Operations Officer, and Project Finance & Account Officer as part of a project funded by the SAARC Development Fund (SDA). Eligibility Criteria:
- Project Finance & Account Officer: Aquaculture Specialists should have a Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Fisheries Science/ Aquaculture/ Zoology. At least 10 years’ experience.
- Communication Specialist: Advanced degree in communications, media relations, social studies + 07 years’ experience.
- Administration & Operations Officer: Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree with at least Diploma in Computer Applications. Minimum 07 years’ experience.
- Aquaculture Specialist: A retired Senior Level Accounts/ Finance Officer of Government of India offices, or Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting with MBA or in Bachelor’s degree in
Commerce with MBA. Minimum 07 years’ experience.
Age Limit:
- Project Finance & Account Officer: Not more than 64 years
- Communication Specialist: Not more than 50 years
- Administration & Operations Officer: Not more than 50 years
- Aquaculture Specialist: Not more than 64 years

Monthly Salary:
- Project Finance & Account Officer: Rs.50,000/- per month
- Communication Specialist: Rs.1,00,000/- per month
