Eligibility Criteria:
Junior Stenographer:
- Proficiency in Stenography as per prescribed norms fixed by DOPT from time to time (Dictation at the speed of 80 w.p.m. for 10 minutes in English / Hindi).
- Minimum 10+2 / Matric + 12th Class Pass or its equivalent.
Junior Secretariat Assistant:
- Proficiency in Computer Typing Speed of 35 w.p.m in English or 30 w.p.m in Hindi.
- Minimum 10+2 / Matric + 12th Class Pass or its equivalent.
Selection Process:
- Junior Stenographer: Written Test and Stenography Test
- Junior Secretariat Assistant: Written Test and Typing Test
Age Limit:
- Age relaxation as per Govt. rules, There is no age limit for department candidates.
- Junior Stenographer: 27 Years.
- Junior Secretariat Assistant: 28 Years.
Monthly Salary:
- Junior Stenographer: Pay Level-4, Rs.25500 – 81100/- per month.
- Junior Secretariat Assistant: Pay Level-2, Rs.35180/- per month.
