The DVC is seeking online applications from qualified individuals for the positions of Executive Trainee in the fields of Human Resources, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Public Relations. Educational Qualifications:
- Executive Trainee (PR): Full time Post Graduate or Post Graduate Diploma in Communication / Advertising and Communication Management / Public Relations / Mass Communication / Journalism.
- Executive Trainee (CSR): 02 years full time Post Graduate or Diploma in Rural Management.
- Executive Trainee (HR): MBA in HR or Post Graduate or Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relaxation / HR Management and equivalent.
Age Limit:
- The Age relaxation as per GOI rules.
- Maximum 29 years as on closing date of online application.
Selection Process:
- Shortlisted candidates (UGC-NET-June 2024 Score basis) will be called for Documents Verification (DV).
Pay Scale:
- Pay Matrix Level 10: Rs.56,100 – 1,77,500/-, 7th CPC (M2 grade)

- No fee for SC/ PwBD / ST / Ex- SM categories & DVC Departmental Candidates.
- Rs.300/- for General / EWS / OBC (NCL) categories.
