Educational Qualifications:

• Technical: 04 years full time Engineering Graduate or equivalent in relevant discipline.
• HR: Full Time Graduate with 02 years full time MBA / PG Degree / PG Diploma or equivalent in Human Resource Management / Human Resource Development / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Social Work / Labour Welfare.
• Finance: Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Cost & Management Accountant (CMA).
• Security: Full time Degree in any discipline.
• Safety: 4 years Full time Degree in Engineering or equivalent in any discipline with Degree or Diploma in Industrial Safety.
• Medical: MBBS.
• Electronics: Full time Degree in Engineering or equivalent in the discipline of Electronics Engineering.
• Safety: 4 years Full time degree in Engineering or equivalent in any discipline with Degree or Diploma in Industrial Safety.
• IT: 04 years full time degree in Engineering or equivalent in the discipline of Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology (OR) MCA.

• Additional General Manager: 20 years
• Assistant Manager: Nil
• Deputy General Manager: 15 years
• Deputy Manager: 05 years
• General Manager: 22 years
• Junior Manager: 08 years
• Manager: 08 years
• Project Superintendent: 24 years
• Senior Manager: 11 years

Age Limit: (As on 01/04/2025)

• Additional General Manager: 50 years
• Assistant Manager: 28 years

Pay Scales:

• Additional General Manager: Rs.90000-3%-240000 (E-6)
• Assistant Manager: Rs.40000 – 3% – 140000 (E-1)
• Deputy General Manager: Rs.80000-3%-220000 (E-5)
• Deputy Manager: Rs.50000 – 3% – 160000 (E-2)
• General Manager: Rs.100000-3%-260000 (E-7)
• Junior Manager: Rs.30000 – 3% – 120000 (E-0)
• Manager: Rs.60000 – 3% – 180000 (E-3)
• Project Superintendent: Rs.120000 – 3% – 280000 (E-8)
• Senior Manager: Rs.70000 – 3% – 200000 (E-4)

Application Fee:

• The fee should be made through Online Payment Mode (Credit Card / Debit Card / UPI / Net Banking etc.)
• Rs.590/- for General and OBC Candidates.
• No fee for SC / ST / PwBD / Internal Candidates.
