Eligibility Criteria:
- Bar Exam: Candidates with a Law degree from the academic year 2009-2010 onwards must have passed the All India Bar Examination (OR) be working in Courts or other Allied Departments on the last date for application submission.
- Vernacular (Gujarati) Language Proficiency: Must pass the Gujarati language test.
- Degree in Law.
- Experience: Must be practicing as an Advocate in Civil and/or Criminal Courts on the last date for submitting applications.
- Must possess Certificate(s), certifying to be possessing Basic Knowledge of
- Computer Application / Operation.
Monthly Salary / Pay Scale:
- Rs.77,840/- – Rs.1,36,520/- plus allowances as admissible under the Rules.
Age Limit:
- The Age relaxation as per Government rules.
- Minimum 18 years
- Maximum 23 years as on 1st January 2025.
Selection Process:
The GHC Civil Judge recruitment selection on the basis of following methods:
- Viva-voce Test (Oral Interview)
- Test of Gujarati Language
- Preliminary Examination (Elimination Test)
- Main Written Examination
