Important instructions:
Form should be Signature and seal of  the  Principal/Head  of the Institution

Demand Draft is payable in favor of Registrar, Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya,  Bhopal.

1. Original copy of Police F.l.R.
2. Original Affidavit on Rs. 10/- Stamp Paper.
3. Final semester/Year Mark sheet and T.C. attested by the concerned Principal/Head of the institution.

Fees: Duplicate Migration Rs. 550/- Bank Draft/ Challan(Challan only UBI).
