To apply for transcript from IGNOU, you can download the transcript application form online from IGNOU website, fill it and pay the fee online or get a demand draft made in the name of IGNOU Payable @ New Delhi from any Indian bank and send it along with the form and degree mark sheet in an envelope to this address. For example, if you need the transcript in India, then your fee will be Rs. 300 per document, if you want to send it to Canada or USA, then it will cost Rs. 500 per document.
