Note to RDVV students of autonomous colleges:- Before filling online Degree / Provisional form, get your final mark sheet verified from your college only after that fill the online form and make payment otherwise the form will be automatically cancelled for which the students themselves will be responsible. Students should write their name, father’s name and mother’s name as per the mark sheet. Otherwise if the form gets rejected, it will be the responsibility of the student himself.

RDVV Medical Faculty students should select only PASS in Division.
In case the name of the college or course is not in the list, select OTHER option and write the name of the college or course.
Information:- It is mandatory for the student to attach a photocopy of the final year mark sheet of the course in which he wants to obtain the degree, photocopy of internship for medical students and photocopy of notification for PhD students.
