Original Affidavit on Rs.10/- Stamp Paper.
Attested photo-copy of Xth & XIIth Mark-Sheet.
- Demand Draft is payable in Favor of Registrar, R.G.P.V. Bhopal or Bank Challan (U.B.I.)
- Original RGPV Mark-sheet in which Correction required.
- Attested photo-copy Admission Slip of Counseling- BONAFIDE LETTER and AADHAR CARD/ VOTER CARD/ PASSPORT. (Any One)
- In Case. you are applying Online, the corrected RGPV Marksheets Will be issued only after the submission of documents no I to 6, in original, in RGPV University.
