Demand Draft is payable in favour of Registrar, R.G.P.V .,Bhopal or Bank Challan( U.B.I.).
- Original Affidavit on Rs.10/-stamp paper.
Attested photograph (by Director/Principal of Institute) should be affixed.
Original Mark-Sheets in which Photo correction required.
Attested Photo-copy of Xth & Xllth Mark-Sheet .
Attested photo-copy Admission slip of Counseling- DTE
- Student Aadhaar card.
- Admit card of( bearing Photograph) of semester exam.
- One Scan Photograph in CD JPG format.

Duplicate/Corrected Mark-Sheet Rs.100/-per Mark-sheet Postal Charge Rs.50/-
