There are two options to apply for transcript in RGPV University. We can apply by going to the university or we can also apply online. To apply online you have to create a student login ID. Click here to go to the University Student Service.
If you are unable to apply for transcript online or want to apply by going to the university, then you have to take the following documents with you and the students applying online have to upload the soft copy.
- Mark sheets and degree of all semesters.
- Aadhar card original and one copy.
- Transcript format (semester marks details have to be filled in this) For offline, 10 sets of its color print have to be taken. Click here to download the format.
- After getting the documents verified, you can deposit the fee in Union Bank through challan.
After submitting all the documents, you get it on the same day or in 2 to 3 days. If you want to send the transcript directly from the university, then you can send it through the post office there.
