Educational Qualifications:
Navik (Domestic Branch): 10th Class (Matric) Passed from an education board recognized by Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE).
Navik (General Duty): Minimum Matriculation + 12th Class Passed with Maths and Physics from an education board recognized by Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE).

Age Limit:
The Age relaxation – 05 years for SC / ST, 03 years for OBC NCL.
Minimum 18 years and Maximum 22 years (Born between 01 Sep 2003 to 31 Aug 2007).
Selection Process:
The recruitment selection on the basis of following steps:-
Stage-I: Assessment Test, Physical Fitness Test (PFT), Documents Verification.
Stage-II: Basic Identity Checks, Document Verification, Pre-Enrolment Medicals at INS Chilka, Submission of Original Documents, Police Verification and Other Associated Forms.
Stage-III: Computer Based Online Examination, Documents Verification.
Eligible candidates may apply online for ICG Navik Recruitment 2025 only through Indian Coast Guard official website (joinindiancoastguard.cdac.in) from 11th February 2025.
The candidates will be required to upload documents in two phases.
Few documents (Photograph, Signature, Left Hand Thumb Impression Image, DoB Proof, Identity Proof etc.) are required at the online application stage and few are required to be uploaded if shortlisted for Stage II.
