Eligibility Criteria:
- Inspector of Excise: Degree in any discipline.
- Field Assistant: SSLC (Matriculation) Pass or equivalent examination with Mathematics as one of the subject. Knowledge of Khasi, Janita or Garo language for the post is essential.
- Primary Investigator / Computer: HSSLC or equivalent examination with Mathematics, Statistics or Economics as one of the subjects.
Application Fee:
- ₹ 320/- for Primary Investigator / Computer and Field Assistant posts.
- ₹ 350/- for Inspector of Excise posts.
- The fee should be made through e-Challan (Cash Payment) or Debit cum ATM Cards / Credit Cards / Net Banking.
- No Fee for PWDs.
- Half rate for SC / ST who are permanent residents of the state of Meghalaya.
Age Limit: (As on 01/01/2024)
- Inspector of Excise: 18 to 27 years.
- Upper age relaxation – 05 years for SC / ST.
- Primary Investigator / Computer, Field Assistant: 18 to 32 years. Upper age relaxation – 05 years for SC / ST.
