Eligibility Criteria:
| Assistant Manager (Property Development) | Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in Civil engineering. Minimum 06 years’ experience. |
| Assistant Manager (Property Business) | Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in any engineering discipline (OR) Degree in any discipline + MBA/ 2 years Post Graduate Degree in Management. Minimum 06 years’ experience. |
| Assistant Manager (Information Technology) | Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Information Technology /Computer Science Engineering (OR) MCA or equivalent in Computer Applications. Minimum 06 years’ experience. |
| Assistant Manager (Finance) | Chartered Accountant from ICAI or Cost & Management Accountant from ICMAI. Minimum 06 years’ experience. |
| Fire Safety Inspector | 03 years B.Sc. Degree with 01 year Fire Safety Course. Minimum 05 years’ experience. |
