Eligibility Criteria:
| Facilitators | Matric with 12th Class (10+2) Pass + 01 year post qualification experience. Knowledge in computer applications. |
| Account Officer | Post Graduate/ Degree + 02 years post qualification experience. |
| Computer Assistant | 10+2 or Higher Secondary (Matric +12th) Pass + at least 06 months Diploma in Computer Applications. |
| Coordinator | 10+2 or Higher Secondary and knowledge in computer applications. |
| Block Field Coordinator | Degree / 10+2 with 02 years post qualification experience. Knowledge in Computer Applications. |
| Communication Officer | Degree + 02 years Post Graduate in Social / Community Development sector + 01 year relevant experience. |
| Technical Assistant | Degree + Minimum 06 years Diploma Certificate in Computer (DCA) + 01 year experience. |
| Block Data Manager | Degree + proficiency in computer typing, report generation, data entry, and good knowledge of MS Office + 01 year post qualification experience. |
| Multi-Tasking Official | Degree or 10+2 qualification + minimum 02 years post qualification experience. Knowledge of Computer Applications. |

Age Limit:
- Maximum 43 years (District Project Officer, Accounts Officer) / 38 years (Block Field Coordinator, Facilitators, Computer Assistant) / 40 years for all other posts.
- Minimum 23 years (District Project Officer) / 22 years (Account Officer) / 21 year (Technical Assistant, Data Manager, MIS Manager) / 18 years (for all other posts).
