What about India Postal Circle?
Each of the 22 Indian Postal Circles that make up India Posts is led by a Chief Postmaster General. Every circle is separated into Regions, which are led by Postmaster Generals and comprise groups of field units known as Divisions (Postal/RMS Divisions). The Postmaster General, who serves as the local postal manager, is in charge of each region. Other operational supporting logistical units, such as Mail Motor Service, Store Depots, and Stamp Depots, are located in the Circles and Regions. ASPs and IPOs are in charge of the subdivisions that make up these divisions.
22 Indian Postal Circles: Each Circle normally corresponds to a State except for the North Eastern Circle which comprises of six North Eastern States, Maharashtra Circle which includes Goa, West Bengal Circle includes Sikkim and the Union Territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Kerala Circle includes the Union Territory of Lakshadweep and Punjab Circle includes the Union Territory of Chandigarh.

Age Limit:
The minimum age is 18 years, and the maximum age is 40 years as of the closing date of the application submission. Age relaxation will be applied as per the Government of India rules, with varying maximum age limits depending on the specific post.

- For GDS Recruitment: Eligible Indian citizens who desire to apply online will have to register themselves on the India Post GDS Online Portal (indiapostgdsonline.gov.in) with all basic details to obtain the Registration Number. Apply on or before the closing date.
