The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) is set to commence examinations for Classes 8 and 12. The Class 12 examinations are scheduled to take place from February 19 and will conclude on April 4, 2025. Meanwhile, the Class 10 examinations will occur from March 10 and also conclude on April 4, 2025. Both sets of examinations will utilize the traditional pen-and-paper format. The Class 8 examinations will begin on February 19 and end on March 7, 2025. The schedule provides information regarding examination dates, subject titles, subject identification numbers, and timings. Students who are taking the examination must present their admit cards on each day of the exam. The board has established 2,579 centers to facilitate its annual board examinations for Classes 8, 10, and 12, with an anticipated participation of over 8.82 lakh students. Specifically, 3,02,189 students from Class 8 will be taking the exam, while 2,84,658 students are registered for the Class 10 examination, and 9,877 students will participate in the Class 10 open exam. Additionally, 2,72,105 senior secondary students are expected to sit for the Class 12 board examination, along with 13,363 students who will take the Class 12 open exam.
