Eligibility Criteria:
- Data Base Administrator: Degree or Minimum ‘O’ level course. Certification in Data Base Management System.
- Quality Manager: Degree in Textile Technology or Engineering or Design or Apparel Production or relevant field + 03 years’ experience.
- Senior Manager Security and Administration: Degree + relevant experience.
- Senior Manager HR & Labour Relation: Degree + MBA in HR / PM / PM & IR (OR) MSW (OR) Degree + 02 years PG Diploma in HR / Personnel / Management / PPM & IR. Minimum 02 years post qualification experience.
- Footwear Technologist: Degree or Diploma in Footwear Design or M.Des in Footwear Design or equivalent + 03 years working experience.
Monthly Salary:
- Data Base Administrator: Rs.60,000/- per month + Rs.1000/- (Fixed Medical Allowance)
- Senior Manager & Quality Manager: Rs.1,00,000/- per month + Rs.1000/- (Fixed Medical Allowance)
- Footwear Technologist: Rs.80,000/- per month + Rs.1000/- (Fixed Medical Allowance)
Age Limit:
- Data Base Administrator: 22 to 35 years
- Senior Manager HR & Labour Relation: 25 to 55 years
- Senior Manager Security and Administration: 30 to 58 years
- Quality Manager: 25 to 45 years
- Footwear Technologist: 24 to 45 years
